Our whistleblower protection system is an important part of our website, to ensure, that we the detect offences against data protecion laws quickly and effective. We want to make sure, that our customers and employees feel safe, if the share information about possible offences with us.

Our external data protection officer is available to receive hints by mail, telephone or post. We guarantee, that all information treated confidentially and no conclusions can be dran about the whistleblower.

To use the whistleblowersystem, please contact our data protection officer and inform us about your concerns and hints. You have got the possibility, reveal your identy or remaining anonymous. However, we recommend to reveal your identity. This enables us to analyze infridgements more quickly and effective. Moreover, you give us the possibility to ask questions by our data protection officer.  Of Course, we protect your identiy.

 

At this point a few further information to protect the content of your message and your identity:

  • do not use your office pc and not your company mail adress for e-mail enquiries, use a private mailbox for example
  • do not send emails with evidential material directly (data, etc.) to our data protection officer, please rais your concern first

  10. protection of privacy and personal data as well as security of network and information systems

 

This Messages might have serious consequences, but the whistleblower protection law protect persons, who make reports, from retaliatory measures such as dismissal, warnings or discrimination.
